My wife booked this photographer for a family photo session, agreeing to a fee of ~$400. We were under the impression that this fee covered the entire service, including both the photography session and the delivery of digital copies of the photos. After the photos were taken, the photographer informed us that the $400 only covered the cost of the photography session itself. She then demanded an additional ~$2500 for the digital copies.
