We went in to look at the furniture as a friend of ours is a good customer of theirs. Couldn't have had better service from Bill who served us. Went out of his way to accommodate us. We have ordered two settees. He stressed the delivery time which was no problem. Looking forward to it arriving. Thanks for all all your help Bill.
It would be a 0 if possible. I paid for a sofa, which I never received when I spoke to them over the phone, who refused to discuss. The sofa cost £3000 so not pocket changed, which was stolen.
I love this shop so many different household items, I enquired if I could get my furniture recovered and the gentleman Bill was very helpful great patience, we went through lots of questions .My furniture was pick up recovered and return back beautiful job so please thanks for a brilliant job. Shocking attitude of the man working in this shop. When I asked could I exchange a nest of tables that was on the shop floor if the colour wasn’t correct. He answered that no way if I wanted that kind of service I would need to go to Argos. I’ve never been treated with such bad customer service anywhere else in the country. Not only has he lost the sale, he’s lost a customer that had shopped here before.
