I placed an order on June 6th, 2021. My experience is not different from all the others who have attempted to order from this "company." I tried calling their number on and off over the course of a month. Different days, different times. Didn't matter No one EVER answers the phone and you are not able to leave a message. Very poor customer service. I have not heard anything after placing my order over a month. I send emails, phone calls and no answer by either one. I have asked for my order to be cancelled since I haven't received update or products and no response. Never again will I order. I will make sure that everyone I know, is aware of this company's service.
Tomorrow, it will have been 1 month after placing two orders for items that were "in stock" (surprise, one order had items on backorder--how convenient!). It's been nearly two weeks since I submitted a customer inquiry. None of the items I ordered have arrived. My guess is that they don't carry inventory at all, instead fulfilling items directly from China. Total SHAM.
I agree with the review below. Their customer service is horrible. Still waiting for my order to ship after three weeks. Don't get a reply by email about status of order and can't get through to by phone. They say either after hours or helping other customers and they expect you to keep calling back until you can get through. Again horrible experience.
HORRABLE.. I ordered a couple of brooms from this place. Waited 2 weeks nothing. Called for 2 days always got a weird voicemail during business hours, sent emails, nothing. Finally the 3rd day got someone on the phone, items were on back order. Was upset that I had to call for that information and canceled the order, no refund so sent email next day no reply. 4 more days got a email saying my order shipped.
