Our experience with simply furniture was great. They are cut above the big box furniture stores. The selections were classy modern but not unreasonably priced for the quality. Walked out with a coffee table under our arm. How's that for service. We will return for sure!
It’s nice being able to shop local! We bought a glider during the pandemic, and really appreciated Steve’s personalized customer service. He went above and beyond.
I always loved this store until, a chair i bought from them made by elran went to hell within less thsn 5 years. Not impressed with this chair or the way they arechandling it. They lost an important customernover a 1300 brown lesther chair with two adults. I hope they pay big for pissing me off.
Well, my experience with Simply Furniture has been excellent. I have found the service thoughtful, personalized and very professional. As this small outfit is sometimes pushed to its limits, I will sometimes call them in advance with my questions. They provide me with the quality I want and within a price range I can handle. They listen. They follow through, and they have come through for me again and again even since I have moved over an hour away.
