Second time I have taken an Apple device to be fixed by this company. I cannot fault their customer service. The staff / owner explain options clearly and I am delighted to find their second shop is right on my doorstep which saves the trip into Southampton Would recommend anyone with Tech issues with their devices to use this company

I called the Totton shop yesterday because my phone charger would not stay in the usb c port. The guy said pop in & he will clean it because it may be fluff in the port. I had already contacted the one in the centre of Totton who wanted £20 . The guy here at simplefix did it in 2 mins and no charge . I will be using again and have already recommended them to friends, top service
