Game-changer for post-op recovery – Shea knows exactly what post-surgery bodies need! It is clear she’s trained in this specialty. She asked detailed questions about my surgery date, any restrictions from my doctor, incision healing, and where the most swelling/pain was. She focused on light lymphatic drainage to reduce the fluid buildup. The massage was perfect and not at all painful. After just one session I noticed a huge difference in the swelling and tenderness in the area.
