Used to be the worst shop in Eugene, now the worst in Springfield.
I wanted to order online but had some questions before ordering. The staff made sure all my questions were answered and was helpful with making sure I had everything I needed to ride as soon as the bike arrived. Shipping was fast and the bike was very well packed. I would definitely recommend this shop.
The door is locked and you must make an appointment by phone in advance. Paranoid? Other bike shops are open for shopping. Whats up? They dont open until 12 noon and still close at 5 or 6. Other bike shops open around 8. What are they doing, staying up all night smoking marijuana? Basically friendly, but hurry up and buy something or it's just a bother and get out vibe.
