I had the most wonderful experience shopping for furniture. Each and every staff member was helpful from picking out the swatches to ordering our couches. Last summer I started the couch journey for our cottage and Kyle helped picked the style we wanted to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Overall highly recommend for all your household items.
We had a great experience at the store - they have a surprising amount of furniture on hand. Kyle was wonderful to deal with - knowledgeable and very friendly. We purchased a sofa and chair which was delivered promptly. Delivery staff was excellent as well - very careful and courteous. Went back to the store for a throw for the furniture purchased and Brit was so helpful with picking out a throw that matches perfectly.
Wonderful customer service from start to delivery! I purchased a console table and matching coffee table and it was delivered the same day. The staff were knowledge, friendly and helpful. I love to shop local and support our small town businesses. The furniture looks amazing in our space!
Thanks to Brittany for good service. We have bought many living room suites from Simply Country over the past 40 years. Always good quality and we were sorry when they finally wore out or we gave them away. Looking forward to our new couch and love seat to arrive.
While I recently purchased a sofa at Simply Home, I was looking for a certain brand, Deco-Rest. Our family has a Decor-rest leather chair that is so comfortable, and has endured its looks over the years. It is a bonus that this great brand is Canadian, eh. Numerous pieces in our home are from Simply Country, and we are also looking forward to the sofa that was selected at Simply Home.
