Great store! Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
Great location on Main Street, right in the heart of Concord. Laurie was absolutely fantastic helping my family and I get new Birkenstocks. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure we had the right fit and colors. 10/10 recommend :)

1st time buyer, was helped by Laurie - fantastic experience. Bought a pair of birks online from manuf directly in the completely wrong size even after attempting to follow the US conversion table. After the return went through I came here. On a very busy Saturday morning for the shop I was still in and out quick with a new pair that fit perfect after the advice I received from Laurie. Will definitely be going back for the next pair and a set of birk boots I didnt even know existed.
