I called the store in Concord New Hampshire a week ago. I spoke to a very helpful salesperson. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on Monday and they were on my front porch on Wednesday. I am extremely happy with the service and can’t wait to visit the Concord Store.

Amazing experience Abbie the manager was so helpful. We bought two pairs of Birk sandals, one pair had to be ordered for sizing, but the service was exceptional. All of the associates had great personalities and more than happy to help! The reward program is also great for savings on future purchases 😃
