What an great shopping experience! I was welcomed upon entering the store. I was looking for a particular shoe, they didn't have it in stock but offered to call their Utah store to see if they could ship it to Concord. They could, and I had my new birks in a week. The communication was amazing! Samara was so helpful as were all the staff I made contact with. By far the best customer service I've ever had!

Great location on Main Street, right in the heart of Concord. Laurie was absolutely fantastic helping my family and I get new Birkenstocks. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure we had the right fit and colors. 10/10 recommend :)
