I came here to have my income taxes done and ended up with them not being completed correctly. Came back to have them fix the issue and they stated that they could no longer assist me. Simplified Tax and Accounting PC made a mistake and instead of taking accountability they told me to do it myself. Very poor customer service.
I have had LaVonne Anderson do our taxes for the past two years. She is not only exemplary, but also caring and an amazing and heartfelt human being. I will not fail to come back to her again!
