I was invited to be part of the ads program and as someone who was new to this I made a couple of mistakes. They have now kicked me off of the site with me having a balance of over 23k that now I have no access to! This is not user friendly and very unforgiving to a newbie. The company has been very unprofessional with no contact with me for the reason I was not allowed to get to at least finish and retrieve my money. Was sold on the fact that my ads would appear on peoples social media when they came into my areas and never once did I see their ad appear on my own social media but my company ran their own and it showed up all the time . When I asked them about it they said the technology doesn’t support privacy laws prevent it when I showed them my companies campaign they claimed they never told me they would use social media and couldn’t explain where all the “leads” came from . After 6 months and 10k I was very displeased with the service they provided. Not only did they not explain a lead retrieval process to me for 3 months, wasting my ad spend, but their charges don't make sense and I did not see a return on my investment in any way. I have updated my review because they reached out to me to discuss what happened, which I appreciate. They also refunded me a charge that didn't make sense to me.
