After 6 months and 10k I was very displeased with the service they provided. Not only did they not explain a lead retrieval process to me for 3 months, wasting my ad spend, but their charges don't make sense and I did not see a return on my investment in any way. I have updated my review because they reached out to me to discuss what happened, which I appreciate. They also refunded me a charge that didn't make sense to me. I've been working with Simpli.fi for a couple of months now and I love their platform, and I LOVE their customer support team. Katie Gray in particular has been incredibly helpful, and our agency loves the Simpli.fi team. Wonderful people, wonderful platform!
Stay away! No knowledge of marketing or advertising. They do know how to take your money and spend it, just not in an effective way.
