My experience with Simplicity Mortgage was outstanding. Freddy Kling outlined everything that would happen with the mortgage before it happened and time frames which occured. He delivered the loan package on time and he saved me $1,700.00 per month on my existing mortgage. I highly recommend him and his company for those considering utilizing his services.
