PATHETIC..."0" Stars...I won't recommend Simplicity service to anyone. Branch Manager is the worst and never had such a bad experience in my life. My service was ended on Nov 10 which they don't tell me and had appointment on Nov 22 which was scheduled by there staff also spoke and confirmed my appointment over the call and i reach on that day for my appointment thinking that will be my last appointment and Branch manager [Named i think Diana or something] said we can't treat you. TO SIMPLICITY LASER CORPORATE OFFICE: Terrible Customer Service – refused treatment! I wish I had "NO STARS" option for this business review. I am still in shock when I found out about this. My partner wanted to give me a laser hair removal treatment of my choice, so, we made a purchase on the Simplicity Laser website. I was very excited…but not for long! After two years and 18 treatments, I saw very poor results from Simplicity. Half way through treatments when I brought up the poor results, the branch manager told me they guaranteed 90% results of permanent hair loss so I just needed to stick with it. After all treatments were complete and hair grew back, they offered no solutions. It was time and a huge expense wasted when there are more reputable companies in the Treasure Valley that stick to their word and guarantee results.

SIMPLICITY LASER HAIR REMOVAL COMPANY IS A RIP OFF COMPANY!!! DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO CHARGE MY DEBIT CARD, I DID NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT AGREEMENT. THEY VERY SNEAKILY HAVE YOU SIGN THEIR COMPUTER WITHOUT YOU EVEN READING THE CONTRACT, WHEN YOU COME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT, WHICH I DID NOT DO, I DID ASK THEM FOR A COPY BEFORE I SIGN, I DID NOT AGREE TO SIGN & THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!!!!
