Been using simplicity for over a month and they are the best place to use in Neillsville when it comes to banking. They’re a lot more modern than a lot of the banks here in Neillsville being able to use tap to pay and Apple Pay with their debit cards is awesome and they’re the only type of place to do so that I’ve seen. Definitely a great alternative now that associated bank isn’t around anymore highly recommend!
I really enjoyed the hours, but if there's not a manager on duty, they will cast your check, but you can't get it all right away
I was with them for a long time and couldn’t have been happier. Until the senior collections account manager went against his word per an agreement we had and decided it was in his best interest to pull out all of the money out of my two children’s savings accounts to cover the cost of a payment that we had decided to let go past due to reach our end goal.
