Very difficult and at times I could not get in contact with local branch. Fraud center was no help and made it difficult to used my credit card.
Very nice new branch location. Roomy lobby to allow for private conversations with tellers. Great share certificate rates. Experienced retirement and investment professionals on staff.
Edited to say they just got a really nice new building! They have cool pictures on the windows with things in Stevens Point and a cool timeline of how the credit union has changed over the years! Its a nice big open space eith tons of offices for appointments! I've been with this credit union for almost 10 years now and it's always been great! Great service and super nice people, and they have lots of great rates on their CDs.
