Horrible. Banked with Cone 60+ years. 1 year with Simplicity and I’ve had enough. Terrible customer service. Slow, can’t call our branch, call pool is not trained (frequently given wrong information), no Saturday hours. Verification code required for login but they don’t send a code then refuse to cover any fees they may cause because they blocked you from accessing your account. Supposed to be customer service business but they have no idea how to care for customers.
