Just visited the Simply Sweets bakery in the back of the Simplicity boutique, and had a wonderful encounter with the kind woman Marilyn who runs it. She truly captures the southern hospitality and kindness that you look forward to in passing by small southern towns like this and I would highly recommend anyone stopping by this town to check it out and try one of her made from scratch cowboy cookies. :)
