Perfect customer experience from start to finish. The front office was timely and responsive to my first request about having someone come out to assess and quote my property. We talked through everything on site, answering all of my questions and providing the right level of detail for me to make comfortable decisions. I cannot praise Simple Thanks and its employees enough! What a superb experience from start to finish. Lexy is an arborist’s arborist: he has exceptional knowledge of tree biology and care techniques, and he has a team that demonstrates the same expertise and skill. Not to mention, what a heck of a nice group of people to work with. They were all so warm, respectful, and kind, just like Lexy. What a great tree care company to work with! Lexy and his team know their stuff, are very responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I saw how they work with the tree, to care for it, which is what I was hoping for. The trees on my property were here long before I was and Simplethanks trees them with the care and respect they deserve. I am very happy to have them work with the trees here!
