Hi there! When this software works, it's great. However, when it breaks down, I have experienced kind customer service members (shoutout Johnny) on the phone but completely unhelpful ones via messaging and follow up. I will happily delete this and upgrade the star count upon completion of my help ticket that has been open since April.

Not user friendly or well set up, minimal customer support, way overpriced. I have not been able to charge certain clients through their billing system for weeks. I waited two days on the customer support line for an hour only to be told I would be contacted at a later time.

I've been a therapist for 25 years and for all but this last several months I've had my own in-house record-keeping system. A colleague recommended Simple Practice (SP) to "simplify" my system. I struggled initially but eventually, ERRONEOUSLY began to like the program. UNTIL recently and then... DISASTER. The least helpful customer service of all time. These people don’t give a shit, bare minimum staffing giving lowest bar imaginable.
