I had a disappointing experience. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax, but the stylist removed too much from the front, widening the gap between my brows and completely changing my face shape. I now have to wait weeks for them to grow back. I expect professionals to listen to their clients’ preferences and exercise caution, especially with facial features.
