Extremely unprofessional, first of all, they gave me an appointment for Google meet and he was 20 minutes late and never bothered to inform me. I messaged him are we even doing the meeting? He was like I'll be there in 10, and took 15 minutes more. Secondly, he assessed my refund very low and when I found he might have miscalculated with the numbers instead of telling him on face, I tried to be decent and told him I'll think about it and let you know when to proceed.
