This place ripped me off. Stole my refund. By almost $2,000. Very rude. Unprofessional. I had to go as far as making an identity theft complaint and reporting to the IRS and Inspector General, local police…. DO NOT FILE With this person. Gerald Reed, also gave me several other names. He thinks he got away with it. But is being investigated. I gave him multiple opportunities to try to make amends.
