They were supposed to file my taxes months ago, dozens of times i’ve called and texted and shown up to the actual office and they’ve given no response, no answer, nothing. Completely unprofessional and they have paperwork of mine that i needed back ages ago, scam scam scam.
Fraud fraud fraud I’ve been waiting since. Please do not do business with this company. They filed a fraudulent Sch C for me and said my refund was $9824.00. Which is not correct. They are filing fraudulent tax returns for clients and the clients have no idea that this is going on. They are scammers big time!! I am reporting them to the IRS
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THE ONLY SERVICE THEY ARE IN IS WASTING YOUR TIME. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE TO FILE YOUR TAXES!!!! I would give 0 stars. This is not a review of a single experience. This is a multiple experience review. Whoever owns this LLC needs to be shut down. These people promise you an appointment just to never show up. They do not respond to any kinds of communication.
