Notaries beaware. I have used this platform several times throughout the past year. I called customer service due to not receiving payment on time. They said they did not show any signings completed by me in 2 months. I called again with the order number and date of the signing. (Within the past 2 months) The next representative said they do not show I have completed any signings with them in 6 months. Simple Signings has an amazing notary service to work with. I've gotten a couple of signings through them and they are extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. They provided docs on time, have great fees, and communicate really well. I had one client to cancel on me at the last minute and ended up speaking with Tammie from Simple Signings team and she was more then willing to take care of me even though it wasn't the company's fault.
