We had them do our Audiometric Testing for our facility. They were extremely accommodating with our schedule and provided us with the results promptly. They're prices are also fantastic for everything that they do. We will be using them again for our yearly audiometric testing.
Their prices cannot be beat! We were paying upwards of $95 a person for audiometric testing because, on top of the test fee, there was always so many other fees like technician time, mileage and audiologist referrals. Simple Serve charges a flat rate per person and it's under $30. It's amazing. Cost aside, they were very easy to book, responded to my emails quickly, they were right on time the day of the booking, and the technician was very professional and friendly. We were impressed and will use their services again.
The Simple Serve team has been so easy to work with. The process to have the mobile unit come to our shop/office was seamless, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
