I had the most incredible EFT tapping session with Ramona. In just an hour she helped me to access some blocked emotions that I had been experiencing a lot of numbness around for a long time and helped me to have a very healthy (and much needed!) cry for the first time in ages. I felt much lighter afterwards. Ramona is calm, reassuring and very gentle. She also checked in with me the next day to make sure I was feeling OK.
