The owners carefully curate all of the unique items such as scarves, jewelry, home decor, and general bric-a-brac. Some of the designers like Orla Kiely, Emma Bridgewater and Catherine André may not necessarily be household names, but the quality of their items is unparalleled.

This is a great little gift shop. They also carry beautiful jewelry from local artisans. Mary and Alice are super helpful and they will wrap your gift beautifully

I recently visited Simple Pleasures, a cute store that offers a lovely selection of gifts. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the rude behavior of the two women working there. I was looking for a gift for my mother, and instead of receiving helpful assistance, I felt dismissed and unwelcomed. It left a negative impression, which is disappointing given the store's potential. I hope they can improve their customer service, as it really detracts from an otherwise charming shopping experience.
