If I could leave a 0 star, I absolutely would. This is the worst moving company I have dealt with and I move alot with the military. Never showed up on original day of move. Rescheduled for next day and surprise, surprise never showed up again. No call back, voice mailbox full, noone answers or returns call but they were so quick to collect my deposit. Terrible, terrible, service!
This company is totally unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend. The men that came did not know how to move a rolling tool box. They quite literally snapped one of the wheels off because instead of turning the brakes off- they forcefully pushed it. I thought they were struggling bc against my advice, they were trying to move it without taking the top portion off (which they ended up having to do to even push it up the ramp). Simple Moving Company moved me on Oct 26, 2024 it started out terrible I sat for hours waiting on these movers to come. I was kind of hesitant going with this company that I have never heard of.The only reason I went with this company is because two men and a truck was booked I wish a million times I would’ve waited.I paid this company a good amount of money finally when the two guys arrived it was late and I was pissed. TJ and Johnny were exceptional! They were very flexible with me being a little late to the meeting point and did the entire move with no problem. I highly recommend the company!
I hired a team for an unload only and had a great experience. They worked quickly and professionally in some pretty toasty weather. I will definitely be calling them in a couple years when it's time to PCS again. Also, for those of you reading this trying to decide who to call: Moving sucks, you're gonna hate it, but these folks will make it much easier on you and the family.
