Poor online experience. Ordered two items over $150, which included free shipping. Was contacted after four days and told that one of the items was out of stock - even though it was in stock when I ordered and continues to show as in stock. I asked to cancel that item. Both items were then cancelled (even though I only asked to cancel one). I was told if I still wanted the other item I could order it again through the website and pay for postage on top. Terrible service. They advertised an item in 3 colours, 2 full price and the least popular colour showing at a lower price. When I searched on google for this item, it showed that Simple Form had changed the price from full price to the reduced one for this item. I purchased it online and paid for it, but the next day they just cancelled it with no explanation or communication. Later that morning I received an email stating that a staff member typed the incorrect price on their website, so they decided not to honour the sale... read more
These guys were amazing they allowed us to take home 2x colour options of coat hooks so we could test out how they matched our existing fittings 🙏. They have an awesome range of homewares and fittings.
