I've had a really great experience working with Simple Fast Mortgage. Rob is a highly experienced broker with deep expertise in the kind of lending and products I needed. He and his team were always very responsive and efficient in the service and advice provided. I refinanced two HMOs almost simultaneously, which was particularly challenging as they picked up from a former broker who was unable to operate at the pace or with expertise needed.
