Be careful with this company. They accept the filings but fail to retain a record (at least they say so) and fail to advise if the IRS is down for maintenance. (They won't even provide a receipt for payment.) AFTER we submitted a filing, and AFTER I inquired as to what is taking so long, they eventually advised that it won't be processed until the 15th of January.....over 2 weeks from now and I submitted it on the 27th.
