I rented a car for 1 month and when I returned the car, the rental manager became aggressive and wouldn't give me back the $500 bond. My family had organized to hire a car from Simon. When we arrived at the completely run down, dirty looking ‘shed’ to see the car, he refused to actually show us or explain anything about the car and tried to rush us to sit down and sign papers right away.
