Simon’s Specialty Cheese Store feels like a cheese lover’s dream the moment you walk in—seriously, it’s like a museum of cheese! So many types that I had to do a couple of laps just to take it all in. One of my favorites was the cheese string, simple but super tasty and satisfying.
