Simon & his colleague Josh provided an impressive service, for a difficult move. Access to our new property was extremely awkward, however Simon was not put off by the logistics. After studying photos & videos we sent, as well as conducting his own research, Simon decided that they would have to climb steps (30+), as the vans were too big for the lane, so the majority of our possessions came via this route. Simon and his team moved a very large and heavy kiln at short notice. Huge skill and expertise required to get it up some steps and through doorways. Simon was very careful in his approach and clearly explained the plan before moving it. If I could give Simon 10 stars I would. I would have been very stuck without him. Thank you!
