I am yet another victim of this shady law firm. They charge fees without any justification and give no explanation. The response I received from Derek Dean did not even address the actual missed payment in question. Instead, he responded with a completely different explanation (if you can even call it that) that had nothing to do with my case. I would suggest that you hire your own legal counsel if dealing with Simon and Dean. I owed my hoa 1200 in fees. When Simon and dean demanded the payment they wanted to charge me over five grand because of lawyer fees.The whole process seemed like they wanted to extort me for everything while letting me know as little as possible of how the process is going or how to quickly resolve it . HOA communication is not their greatest asset. I personally had to reach out to them multiple times before getting a response or any next steps.

For 2 years my family has been forbidden to use their community Pool because this attorney has failed to handle our payment properly. He went as far as to lien our property but I’ve provided the check payment and copy of my payment and it’s still not good enough. Obviously this Simon and Dean at 148 wallop creek drive have no morals and a counter claim is needed against them You can look at their google reviews and see for yourself what others think of them.
