They’re more of a debt collector not an attorney. They can send out bills for other people but can’t tell you what they’re for.
Absolutely unprofessional and hilariously incompetent. It feels intentional. Possibly the worst rated law firm in the US. Despondent. That pretty much defines them. C’mon SC, you can do better than to allow Derek Dean to continue practicing. And Mr. Simmons, you should rethink your partner in crime. Wow. Just wow.
Their rating is 1.6 for a reason. Folks like Derek give attorneys a bad name. Do better. There are a lot of great law firms in the Charleston area.. This isn’t one of them.
I am yet another victim of this shady law firm. They charge fees without any justification and give no explanation. The response I received from Derek Dean did not even address the actual missed payment in question. Instead, he responded with a completely different explanation (if you can even call it that) that had nothing to do with my case.
