I've been using Mark Simons for 15 years and always have excellent service. One thing I always do is provide them with all tax documents I receive from various institutions that I deal so that Mark has everything required by the IRS for reporting my taxes. If you leave out a document nobody will be aware and you could short change yourself and/or get a letter from IRS.
I feel like these new reviews may be fake, I’ve been using Mark for years and have always been happy with their workmanship and their willingness to help me with my questions. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my taxes other than them.
He did my tax returns a few years back. He messed them up and when the IRS came back asking me for $ due to his mistake he refused to take any responsibility for his sloppy work.
