Honestly thought I was in good hands with Simonetti & Associates. I was referred to them by LegalShield. My direct representative was Tim Fallon, and Catherine Romano Who is apparently no longer with the firm. Communication between me and the Law Firm was like non-insistence. However, when it came to collecting payments, they communicate effectively. Simonetti & Associates did not fought my case in-fact they were willing to take the first offer that was on the table without explaining to me. They did not conference the case ... read more
