She is a total scam apparently. It’s been over 3 months that we CANNOT hear back from her. We go to the office and ITS MOST OF THE TIME CLOSED. She doesn’t respond to telephones, emails neither her own chat system. We don’t know if she even processed our taxes.
She is an amazing tax preparer. She’s on time, reliable, efficient, and flexible. Thanks Simone!
