PSA: Out of all the nonsense in the family court system, simone is at the top of the list. Nothing but a waste of an extraordinary amount of time. She’ll entertain the bs to create billable hours, but has no follow through to accomplish anything. Stay away if you value efficiency. Despite her experience in family law, her approach felt disinterested and she often avoided directly addressing complex issues in our high conflict divorce case.
Would never recommend. Simone is gender biased. Simone is a hothead and likes to yell And lacks emotional control. Did not really do any fact checking and then accused me of sending the police to my ex wife’s house when I asked police just to make a phone call, to keep the kids out of the mix.
