Simon is an outstanding mortgage broker. He is: 1) Super Responsive, 2) Highly Detail Oriented and, 3) communicates clearly - going the extra mile to ensure his clients fully understand the key terms / considerations / options. I also appreciate that he is very direct and doesn’t faff - something that I noticed with a few other mortgage brokers. Simon will do a great job on a plain vanilla mortgage - but I would especially recommend him for complex situations (non-residents, for example). Highly recommend!
