Been using Simon's Stamps for more than 15 years. They were in Greenfield then. Always tremendously helpful with superior quality stamps. Love this company.

Garbage, bought a product he never shipped it, he stole my money and won’t respond or answer the phone. I’d be happy to change my review if he fixes this issue.

I never write reviews, ever. but in this case I can't remain silent. I placed an order with a detailed emailing asking a question and specification about the printing colors. Received a reply back, asking, "If that's hot what you want, please get back to us. Otherwise, we'll go ahead and start production.' I responded right back to the email stating that it WASN'T what I wanted. and specified what I DID want. No response. We have used this company for several years. We always use the same graphic template and file format. We have received dozens of stamps, correctly made, from this company. One of them is visible on the bottom of the included image. This most recent time, we received stamps made to the wrong size. The right proportions, but the wrong size. It was a simple mistake.
