Not sure, what's gone wrong with the previous reviews, but I can honestly say that Simon, has been an asset to know throughout my ordeals with my case vs the commissioner and the incompetent department. I wish I could give 0 stars. Very disrespectful staff and I would never recommend anybody to use them. I called in to inquire about some very basic services I need from a lawyer and he started giving me a mouth full of attitude towards me personally. I hope they are happy with themselves that they just lost a customer and I really hope they learn some basic respect towards customers. So it turns out that this "lawyer" has no staff.
