INVESTOR ALERT! As much as I enjoy the conventional interest rate, I can't stand all the paperwork. Mark/NEXA has a DSCR loan that's quick to close (mine was 3 weeks for a refinance) and a surprisingly decent interest rate. Process was easy and no crazy requests by underwriting at the last minute. Highly suggest running numbers on points. Good luck and give Mark a call! He will keep you well informed along the way through close.
