INVESTOR ALERT! As much as I enjoy the conventional interest rate, I can't stand all the paperwork. Mark/NEXA has a DSCR loan that's quick to close (mine was 3 weeks for a refinance) and a surprisingly decent interest rate. Process was easy and no crazy requests by underwriting at the last minute. Mark was very helpful in securing a mortgage for our new home. We had an unusual situation with my wife changing jobs and me being self-employed. Mark was able to find us a leaner and made the process simple.
I highly recommend Mark. I recently worked with him to refinance to get cash for a new purchase. We started the process on 12/19/2022 and got the money in my account on 1/4/2023 despite weekends, Christmas and New Year in between. Mark worked through weekends and holidays and went out of his way to get the money in time for closing of the new house.
