Extremely unresponsive. Likely dependent on the individual accountant but beware! Even when escalated no response - still waiting for tax return...
We had to move from another accountant which we had been with them for many years .We were stressed finding good accountant and transition process . Fang was excellent in this aspect and she made the process hassle free .She lodged our company and individual tax returns in record short period of time.
