Poor Customer services, my case wasn't dealt with in the proper way. I have been left with no updates for months and I do feel like my case is not worth to be taken care of. Very disappointed ☹️
Adam dealt with a car accident I was in a while ago, really professional service, sorted awards of 4 figures for injuries to all the roughly 16 parties involved. Good memories and very appreciated service!
AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS, Only reason for one star is that you cannot leave negative 5stars. Contacted me following a call to say that a previous pension claim wasn’t enough and I was entitled to more. Net result not only was I not entitled to additional money, but they have now tried to invoice me for £342 claiming I ended the agreement, after they failed to secure any additional payment and ended the claim. Seeking legal advice from a reputable company at this point.

Having a dreadful time with this solicitor. Conversations seemed to be ignored, promises of updates and returned calls never happen. Now they don’t seem to know why they solicited my business in the first place. I am shocked that such unprofessional behaviours exists with a law firm. I feel they have extracted personal information from me under false pretences. I am looking for a route to complain to their professional body.
