Avoid if you value integrity and your own time. I had a pretty disappointing experience. Called Winchester office a week ahead and scheduled a consultation to get things started. Called Winchester office the day of my appointment to double check that the meeting was still on. They confirmed it. Lawyer was MIA upon arrival and working from Leesburg office instead. I provided detailed information in regards to my termination. I received a call back stating that they would be willing to charge me $500 for advisement. I want to know if I have a case or not I don't need advisement. This firm is wasting people's time and taking their money. What was the point of me providing all of that information if you can not give me a clear and concise answer as to whether I have a case or not?!
