Poor experience. Terrible communication. Unresponsive lawyer. Michael did nothing for over a week and a half ignoring my calls after being hired. It wasn’t until after I fired him and got money back from Amex that he finally texted me acting like it’s my fault that he hasn’t heard from me. Bad move.

I cannot praise enough the compassion and efficiency I encountered immediately upon my first contact with Michael Simmrin. We reached out to him for help getting a family member discharged from a 5150/5250 hold situation.
