After being advised that my pending property purchase would settle a week ago by S.W. I am still awaiting take over and settlement. My funds have been gone for a week and I have no premises, little explanation and no settlement date still. S.W. gave 30 minutes notice the day prior to the date they specified and now cannot advise when this will occur a week later. Pretty hopeless. I wouldn't trust them to handle anything.
Twice I have had the misfortune of dealing with this lot and twice they have not given even a moment's consideration to my rights. I am not going to stop at AHPRA. I will be back for you too. edit - and now you have no leg to stand on. You have no record, you said it yourself.
