The people at the gun told me they couldn’t sell me a long gun because I was not a resident of Louisiana. They said it was illegal. They lied. I bought one at another place in Louisiana. If it was against store policy they could have told me that. I wanted people to know that I would not recommend them for anything since this happened.

Retired E-9 with 37 1/2 years of service. Placed Product Order on 8 Mar and product arrived 10 Mar in NC. Awesome Web Support and product delivery in a timely manner. Recommend Simmons Sporting Goods to all Veteran's!
Having difficulty with an order. Called there 800 number spoke with three persons each referring my call to the other person. The last individual tried to pass me on too an other person, who was not answering there phone, finally he took my phone & order number saying that someone will return my call, I'm still waiting. Very unpleasant experience with this store, unprofessional should have a customer service department instead of passing the buck around with untrained help. WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
I ordered an item the 12/5, I called to check up on the status 12/15 and found out it had been lost by FedEx. The rep I spoke to said they had 1 itme left in a different color, confirmed it was still available, called me back and got it out that day so I could have it for Christmas. It arrived 12/17!! That's cusotmer service, thank you so much!
