Logan is amazing! I called with a BUNCH of questions regarding golf cart battery conversion- and mind you, I called about 5 other golf cart places before him and none were as friendly and helpful as he was! Will definitely be using them for all my golf cart needs and I highly recommend them! Customer service was TOP NOTCH in a world where it is not a top priority anymore.
WAS TOLD ONE PRICE FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE TO GET ME IN THERE THEN ONCE DIAGNOSED, THE FEE AMAZINGLY CHANGED (WENT UP) WITH NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY. THEY APPEAR TO BE VERY SKETCHY, SHADY AND CROOKED AND I NOW SEE WHY I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY CUSTOMERS THERE. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR CART THERE!!
I've known Johnathan and his father for quite some time very nice and honest people.Always good service and quality batteries. Thanks again for taking care of our vehicle's.
