Logan is amazing! I called with a BUNCH of questions regarding golf cart battery conversion- and mind you, I called about 5 other golf cart places before him and none were as friendly and helpful as he was! Will definitely be using them for all my golf cart needs and I highly recommend them! Customer service was TOP NOTCH in a world where it is not a top priority anymore.
WAS TOLD ONE PRICE FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE TO GET ME IN THERE THEN ONCE DIAGNOSED, THE FEE AMAZINGLY CHANGED (WENT UP) WITH NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY. THEY APPEAR TO BE VERY SKETCHY, SHADY AND CROOKED AND I NOW SEE WHY I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY CUSTOMERS THERE. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR CART THERE!!

I LOVE to support local and these guys got my ground fault locator going again! Professional, friendly and reasonably priced, they quickly found the battery was dead, as well as a bad fused link. The repair was done right! We've used Simmons for battery's for years and they were my first stop to try and get this fixed. They came through as I knew they would!
I just recently purchased a golf cart from Southeastern Battery. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Paul! He was AWESOME Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. His customer service was AMAZING! I’m very big on customer service and he definitely demonstrated that he wanted my business. The manager Jud and Owner was cool as well.
